2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer COD in select areas. You’ll see this payment option at checkout if available in your location.
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by vendor and area, typically between 2–7 business days. We’ll send you updates as your plants are on their way.
4. Can I return or exchange plants?
Because plants are perishable, we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. Please report issues within 24 hours of receiving your order. Read our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
5. How do I become a seller?
We welcome local plant vendors! You can sign up directly on our website. All applications are reviewed and approved before sellers can list products.
